فقد طرح أهل الفتن شبهات لتبرير ما يقومون به من فساد وفتن، منها: الحاكم كافر ويجب الخروج عليه، الحاكم المتغلب لا تجب طاعته، نصوص السمع والطاعة تكون للحاكم الأعظم فقط، الشعب لم يبايعه وليس راضياً عنه، الحاكم لا يطبق الشريعة
فإليكم هذه الكلمات الذهبية من فقيه الزمان الشيخ العلامة الإمام محمد بن صالح العثيمين رحمه الله التي فيها المنهج السلفي تجاه هذه الأفكار المنحرفة

Question posed to The Noble Shaykh Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān (may Allāh preserve him):
Question: Which of the two is more severe in punishment, the disobedient or the people of innovation?
Answer: The people of innovation have more of a severe punishment because the matter of innovation is more severe than the matter of disobedience. The affairs of innovation are more beloved to the shaytān than the acts of disobedience. That is due to the fact that the disobedient one repents (from his sins), whereas the person of innovation rarely repents due to him thinking that he is upon truth, contrary to the one who is disobedient, for he (the disobedient) knows that he is disobedient and that he is committing an act of disobedience. Is there good innovation and evil innovation (in the religion)?
I seek refuge in Allah (from that)! There is never in the religion good innovation. The most knowledgeable of the creation of the legislation, the most eloquent of the creation in speech and the most sincere of the creation to the creation stated: “Every innovation is misguidance.” The word “Every” is from the wordings which imply generality. Rather it is the strongest wordings (to imply) generality. The Prophet said: “Every innovation is misguidance”, he didn’t make any exceptions. That which the person does thinking that it is a good innovation, either it is not innovation however he named it innovation. Or either it is not good and he thinks it to be good. As for the matter coming together that it is innovation and at the same time good, this is impossible. So for this, we criticize those people who have put together (for themselves) specific words of remembrance that they say in the morning or evening, individually or collectively (as a group). We criticize them being that they put together things (for themselves to be practiced in the religion) that have not come in the Sunnah although they see it to be good and view it as something that it virtuous. The Noble Shaykh, al-‘Allāmah, Rabee’ Ibn Hādī ‘Umayr al-Madkhali (may Allāh preserve him) said:
Indeed the people of innovations nowadays are many, filling the earth — refuge is sought with Allāh! Thus we do not boycott all of them, but rather they are the objective (target) of our call. We call them to Allāh with wisdom and fair preaching. As for the leaders and callers to falsehood in their (i.e., Ahlul Bida’) newspapers, magazines, books, articles, lectures, seminars and websites — these are the ones who are to be warred against and warned from.
