Refer Any Differing to Allāh and His Messenger

Shaykh Ṣāliḥ al-Fawzān (may Allāh preserve him) stated:

Nowadays the phenomenon that has emerged (with some people) is their saying: ‘It’s a controversial issue’. We say, when there is a difference of opinion, the proof should be followed, we should not worship (Allah) with people’s disagreements and views. We worship (Allah) through (following) the proof. So we should refer the disagreement to the proof. Whatever is supported by the proof is the truth and whatever is contrary to the proof is falsehood. A Blessed Sitting With Our Noble Shaykh, Al-‘Allaamah Rabee’ Bin Haadee al-Madkhalee (hafidhahullaah)

الحمد الله عزّ في علاه الذي منّ علينا بجلسة مع عالم من علماء أهل السنة، لكي يحكم ويسعى في حل الخلافات التي حصلت منذ سنوات عديدة  بين بعض طلاب العلم السلفيين في أمريكا، و هذه الخلافات قد تأثر بها السلفيون في الغرب بشكل عام. و هذا خلاصة النقاط الرئيسية من الجلسة

All praise is for Allah the Almighty Who allowed us to sit with a scholar from the scholars of Ahl-us-Sunnah to judge and aid in bringing about a resolution to the differing which has been occurring in America over the past few years between some of the Salafi students of knowledge, which as a result adversely affected the Salafis in the West as a whole. هام نصيحة الشيخ محمد بن هادي المدخلي لكيفية حل الخلاف بين السلفيين

قال الشيخ محمد بن هادي المدخلي حفظه الله

ﻓﻤﻦ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺑﻴﻨﻚ ﻭ ﺑﻴﻨﻪ ﺍﺧﺘﻼﻑ ﺍﺣﺘﻜﻤﻮﺍ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻋﺎﻟﻢ ، ﺇﻥ ﻛﻨﺘﻢ ﻣﻮﺟﻮﺩﻳﻦ ﺑﻴﻦ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻓﺎﻟﺤﻤﺪ ﻟﻠﻪ ، ﻭ ﺇﻻ ﻓﺎﻟﻬﺎﺗﻒ ﻗﺪ ﻳﺴﺮﻩ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺟﻞ ﻭ ﻋﺰ ، ﻓﺎﺗﺼﻠﻮﺍ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺸﺎﻳﺦ ، ﻭ ﻳﺠﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﻬﺎﺗﻒ ﺃﻣﺎﻣﻜﻢ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﺠﻞ ﺑﻴﻨﻜﻢ ﻭ ﻳﺴﺘﻔﺘﻰ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﻭ ﻳﻄﺮﺡ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﻛﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻋﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻤﺪﻋﻰ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ، ﻳﺼﻮﻍ ﺍﻟﺴﺆﺍﻝ ﺑﺤﻀﺮﺗﻬﻢ ﻭ ﻳﺴﺄﻟﻮﻥ ، ﻓﺈﺫﺍ ﻭﻓﻖ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﻬﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﺴﻠﻮﻙ ﺭﻓﻊ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﺨﻼﻑ ﻭ ﺣﻞ ﻣﺤﻠﻪ ﺍﻻﺋﺘﻼﻑ ـ ﺃﻣﺎ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻔﻌﻞ ـ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻳﺄﺗﻲ ﺑﻤﻔﺮﺩﻩ ﻭ ﻳﺼﻮﻍ ﺳﺆﺍﻻ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺎ ﻓﻲ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ، ﻭ ﻳﺘﺼﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﻭ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻢ ﻣﺎ ﻳﺪﺭﻱ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻴﺜﻴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻋﻨﺪﻫﻢ ﻭﻫﻮ ﺑﺸﺮ ﻳﺠﻴﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻧﺤﻮ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﺴﻤﻊ ، ﻭ ﻳﺄﺗﻲ ﻭ ﻳﻠﺒﺴﻬﺎ ﺃﺧﺎﻩ ، ﻭ ﺃﺧﻮﻩ ﻳﻔﻌﻞ ﺍﻟﻔﻌﻞ ﻧﻔﺴﻪ ﻭ ﻳﻨﺰﻟﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ، ﻫﺬﺍ ﻳﻔﺴﺪ ﻭﻻ ﻳﺼﻠﺢ.
