Presenting Food To The Kuffaar In The Month Of Ramadaan

Question posed to The Noble Shaykh Muhammad Ferkoos (may Allah preserve him):

Question:
What is the ruling of presenting food to the Kuffaar in the month of Ramadaan (during the day)? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
All praise is due to Allah the lord of the creation. May the Salaah and Salaam be upon the one who Allah has sent as a mercy for the creation, upon his family, companions and his brothers until the Day of Judgment.  As to what follows:

The origin is that the Kuffaar are addressed with believing (in Islaam) according to the consensus and they are addressed with the branches of the legislation according the most correct of the statements of the people of knowledge. And from the branches of the legislation is the fasting and its ruling is one of obligation upon the Kaafir after the actualization of the condition of having faith. Continue reading →
