The Shaykh, Dr. Muhammad ibn Umar Bāzmūl, may Allāh preserve him and protect him, said:

It is not the intent of the Night of Decree (Laylat al-Qadr) to be plentiful in prayers for indeed, the Messenger (صلى الله علي وسلم) did not increase [praying], in Ramaḍân or in any other [month], more than 11 raka’at!
