The Noble Scholar Shaykh Ibn Bāz (may Allâh have mercy upon him) stated:

Being that Allâh created His Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) upon the most complete description and the most noble of it as has come in the narration of Abu Hurayrah (may Allâh be pleased with him) the Prophet  (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said:

Indeed I have only be sent to complete the noble character.

The Messenger of Allâh (صلى الله عليه وسلم) was the most generous of all the people. Likewise he is the most noble, most courageous and most complete in all of the praiseworthy characteristics. His generosity consisted of all the categories of generosity. His generosity use to increase in Ramaḍân more so than other months just as the generosity of his Lord increases in it.

He and Jibrīl use to meet in the month of Ramaḍân. He (Jibrīl) is the best of the angels and the most noble of them. He (Jibrīl) use to teach him (the Prophet) the Quran which he came with to him. It (the Quran) is the most noble of the books and the best of them. It encourages the acts of goodness and observing the noble characteristics. And this Noble Book was his (the Prophet’s) character from the angle of him being pleased with that which is pleasing in it, being angry with that which it is angry with, hastening to do that which it has encouraged with and leaving off that which it has warned against. For this reason his generosity and virtues would increase in this month and due to him just having interacted with Jibrīl along with  abundant study of this Noble Book which encourages the observation of good character and generosity. There’s no doubt that interaction (with the righteous) has an affect and brings about (good) characteristics from the one who mixes (with them).

:قال سماحة الشيخ العلامة عبد العزيز بن باز رحمه الله تعالى

و لما كان الله تعالى جبل نبيه صلى الله عليه وسلم على أكمل الهيئات وأشرفها كما في حديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه: {إنما بعثت لأتمم مكارم الأخلاق} كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أجود الناس  على الإطلاق كما أنه أفضلهم وأشجعهم وأكملهم في جميع الأوصاف الحميدة وكان جوده يجمع أنواع الجود وكان جوده يتضاعف في رمضان على غيره من الشهور كما أن جود ربه يتضاعف فيه أيضا. وكان صلى الله عليه وسلم يلتقي هو وجبريل في شهر رمضان  وهو أفضل الملائكة وأكرمهم ويدارسه القرآن الذي جاء به إليه وهو أشرف الكتب وأفضلها وهو يحث على الإحسان ومكارم الأخلاق وقد كان هذا الكتاب الكريم له صلى الله عليه وسلم خلق بحيث يرضى برضاه ويسخط لسخطه ويسارع إلى ما حث عليه ويمتنع عما زجر عنه. فلهذا كان يتضاعف جوده وإفضاله في هذا الشهر لقرب عهده بمخالطة جبريل وكثرة مدارسته له هذا الكتاب الكريم  الذي يحث على المكارم والجود. ولا شك أن المخالطة  تؤثر وتورث أخلاقا من المخالط وفي تضاعف جوده صلى الله عليه وسلم في رمضان بخصوصه فوائد كثيرة
