Sheikh ‘Abdullâh Bin Sulfīq adh-Dhufayrī (ḥafiẓahullâh) answered a question about some of the affairs that are seen today, where certain students of knowledge make decisions on behalf of the scholars rather than knowing their place and awaiting the advice of the ‘ulama.
