Shaykh Muhammad bin Sālih Al-‘Uthaymīn رحمه الله stated :

“The wisdom behind making the Nāfilah prayer in the home:

▪︎It’s closer to having Ikhlās.

▪︎Farther away from Riyā

▪︎It removes the homes from them being like graveyards.

▪︎It causes the family to love the Salāh.”
